Boarding
We offer boarding facilities for rabbits, guinea pigs and other small animals in a rural, secluded countryside setting in Hampshire, although some of our frequent boarders have been known to travel 50 miles to stay with us! We offer a variety of hutch shapes and sizes suitable for up to four rabbits or eight guinea pigs as well as individual runs in a purpose-designed "bunny paddock". Our hutches are all at least 6ft in length, providing spacious accommodation for your pet. When staying here, we aim to provide your pet with a 5-star holiday - not just a hutch! Guinea pigs are treated to pampers and bunnies get fresh vegetables from our garden. Our staff and volunteers are all animal-mad and many of us have four-legged family members of our own. We take care of your pets with the same love, care and attention that we give our own animals and understand how difficult it can be to entrust their care to someone you hardly know. Each animal is unique and we are able to adapt our care to meet the needs of your specific pet. Potential customers are encouraged to visit us to meet the team (both two-legged and four-legged), see our facilities and discuss any particular needs or queries you may have before making a final decision on booking.

Important
-
All rabbits who board with us are required to have up-to-date vaccinations against Myxomatosis, RVHD-1 and RVHD-2. Vaccinations must have been given at least 2 weeks prior to your rabbits arrival and we will ask to see their vaccination record when you book.
-
We do occasionally have un-neutered males and females staying with us, but please be assured that they will be kept apart to avoid accidental pregnancies. We do advise that all rabbits are neutered when they are old enough.
-
Please inform us when booking or upon arrival if your pet has any health issues and/or requires medication. To administer prescription medication, we will require proof of prescription or a letter from you vet.
-
Should your pet become unwell or injured during their stay, you will be informed immediately and they will be taken to our vet.
-
Dropping off and collecting is by appointment only, especially at weekends as we are often out fundraising for the rescue, but we will aim to be as flexible as possible for your convenience.
-
Animals collected after 4pm will incur an extra night's cost due to the amount of time required to deep-clean and prepare a hutch for its next resident.
-
You are advised to provide your pet's normal nuggets/pellets to avoid digestive upset during their stay.
